Prawn & Avocado Salsa Served On Tomatillo Salsa Tortilla Chips

Prep time 15 minutes
Chill time 30 minutes
Serves 6


1. Toss all the ingredients together and let chill for 30 minutes.
2. Serve on Tomatillo Salsa tortilla chips.


150g cooked prawns, diced
½ small red onion, finely diced
½ red and green chilli, deseeded and finely diced 
½ avocado, diced
150g fresh pineapple, finely diced
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped coriander
Pinch of sea salt 
Dash of pepper
