1. Line Serrano & Yucatan tortilla chips on a platter, place ham folded neatly on each chip followed by a bocconcini half.
2. Top each with a few rocket leaves, 3-4 Balsamic pearls and drizzle with olive oil.
18 Manomasa Serrano Chilli and Yucatan Honey Tortilla Chips
9 slices (110g) of Serrano or Parma Ham cut in half
9 bocconcini, cut in halves
1 handful of Rocket
3-4 Balsamic pearls per canapé (available at Waitrose or Ocado)
2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil to drizzle
