Tropical Chilli Cocktail

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1-2


1. Slice the red chilli pepper into rings
2. Drop sliced chilli into a cocktail shaker
3. Pour vodka into shaker
4. Pour rum into shaker
5. Add ice to shaker and secure lid 
6. Shake the mixture up vigorously for 1 minute
7. Remove the shaker lid and pour in pineapple juice
8. Place lid back on and shake until mixture is combined
9. Fill a cocktail glass with ice
10. Place a strainer over a glass and pour over the cocktail mixture
11. Garnish with a pineapple slice and chilli pepper
12. Serve with Chargrilled Pineapple & Arbol tortilla chips


1 spicy red chilli pepper – jalapeno or cayenne
30ml vodka
15ml mango rum
200ml of pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge and peppers for garnish
1 bag of Chargrilled Pineapple & Arbol tortilla chips
