BBQ AVOCADO LOLLY POPS
With MANOMASA Queso Blanco & Lemon Drop Chilli Tortilla Chips

INGREDIENTS
2 AvocadosExtra Virgin Olive Oil
1 bag of MANOMASA Queso Blanco & Lemon Drop Chilli tortilla chips
Cholula Hot Sauce
8 BBQ skewers soaked in water
METHOD
- Empty the tortilla chips into a Food Processor and blend until bread crumb consistency is achieved
- Pour crumbs into a shallow bowl
- Cut 2 avocados in half
- Remove stones and peel off the skin
- Cut each half into 2 pieces, so you have 4 wedges per avocado
- Brush each wedge with the oil, until fully coated
- Take eight BBQ skewers, and slide an avocado wedge on each one, piercing all the way through so it’s like a lolly pop
- Hold the skewers over a BBQ until the avocado slightly softens and goes sticky
- Using the skewer, dip the sticky avocado into the tortilla chip crumbs to coat
- Pour the hot sauce into a serving bowl
- Dip the avocado coated lolly pop into the sauce
- Eat from skewer
