We loved the idea of making a tortilla in the shape of a "cuchara" (Spanish for spoon) with a fruity base and a kick of chilli. 30 tries later we landed on a winning combination. SWEET PINEAPPLE was the perfect match and a bit of FIERY warmth made the union complete. The DELICIOUSNESS is all in the DETAIL.
Scoop and spoon up melted QUESILLO CHEESE from OAXACA, then dip deeply into rich sour cream.
